Audience: Empowered Leaders, C-Suite
Description:
On average, 25% of top producers are actively seeking new opportunities. I was that statistic. I was a self-proclaimed “lifer” at a company that will always be endeared to my heart. I not only drank but made the proverbial kool-aid for 14 years. I truly would have dedicated my entire career to that company had there been just a few key shifts in mindset on the part of leadership. Research shows that I am not unique in this experience. Top talent is regularly jumping ship for the same reasons. My “Edge of the Box: Engage & Retain” program will share these reasons, identify the key shifts to make in your mindset, and carve an actionable path to help you keep your top producers. -
Audience: Empowered Leaders, C-Suite
Description:
Don't become a statistic and cautionary tale from "The Great Resignation". It's time to get tactical and ACT, not just think - regardless of your seat in the hierarchy. Every member of the leadership team in your organization should understand and master these tactics, and that starts with your buy-in and enthusiasm. The way in which leaders communicate will make or break their ability to successfully lead their team. This includes how they provide directions, communicate feedback, and lead meetings, to name a few. It’s imperative that leaders are intentional in their communication and that they take as many proactive steps as possible in creating a strong context for their team and maintaining it in every daily interaction. This workshop introduces a few easy-to-use tools that, when used effectively, will permanently endear them as one of the best leaders the team has ever worked under. In other words, a leader they don't want to leave.

Audience: Older Teens (15yr+) & Parents
Description:
I love my career. It's the perfect combination of my strengths and interests. I didn't know my career existed when I was in school. I do, however, know full-grown adults that still can't answer the proverbial "what do you want to be when you grow up" question.Despite all of that, students, however, are under a ton of pressure to plan out their entire future with barely any life experience.
This workshop aims to change that! We will each listen, discuss, reflect, and laugh as we figure out what really does matter to help students shift their mindset and consider a future that suits them, without the pressure that comes along with it.
We'll explore different mindsets, discuss career options, dive into our strengths, and figure out what it means to figure it all out.
