Meet Jen.

I'm a trailblazer in the worlds of Learning & Development and People Leadership by leveraging my nearly 20 years (😳) of experience in training, coaching, and leadership. With my "cut-to-the-chase speaker" approach, tangible passion, and vibrant Italian-NYer energy (aka "volume"), I've never been afraid to shake things up in the name of make a lasting impact.

As a people-centric leader, I firmly believe in building confidence and inspiring success in others. Drawing from my background in psychology, I create an environment of psychological safety where everyone knows they are valued and celebrated for who they are. I thrive on empowering individuals by crafting transformative training programs that not only drive results but also uplift and ignite their potential.

I’ve been known to tap into what I call “psychological magic” in learning design. (Ask me about it. I can easily geek out all day!) From guiding leaders in establishing dynamic corporate cultures to empowering brilliant women, I'm dedicated to using that magic to unlock potential and ignite success at every turn.

I love connecting with brilliant minds as part of this exciting journey of growth, transformation, and people-centered leadership!

Let's keep making waves in the world of Learning & Development and making sure we always have a seat at the right tables.

On a personal note, I'm also always excited to connect with others that are either also theater and food/wine lovers, only play 90s Hip Hop and R&B, perhaps have kids (especially powerful daughters), or are "in the (LGBTQ) family" or supportive allies.

Areas of Expertise.

My philosophy has always been to figure out which talents you want to leverage, what you want your lifestyle to be, and the type of company you’d want to work for, then let the pieces fall into place. That started with psychology, people, and learning, and resulted in an extensive portfolio of experience and expertise, as illustrated in the chart below.
